Miss Waseca County Sleigh & Cutter is a closed pageant. To compete, you must be 18-27 years of age and reside, work or be a graduate of/current student in the Waseca County School District (Waseca, Janesville, or New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva) or the Waterville Elysian Morristown school district.

Southern MN Junior Royalty Program

The Southern MN Junior Royalty program is for girls age 5 – 12. It is a mentoring program and there is no competition. At the Waseca County fair in July, the Junior Royalty are crowned and then go with the titleholders on rides and end with a treat at SnoBiz Shaved Ice. The Junior Royalty will ride in the Waseca Marching Classic and Sleigh & Cutter parades, they will have a princess party and also participate in the upcoming pageant. The cost to participate in the year long program is $100.00 and includes a tiara and t-shirt along with the other activities mentioned above
